co-founders

Anton Stéphane

Born in Provence, the oldest of the Co-founders is above all a great traveler who loves cultures and especially those with a cuisine rich in flavors.
A globetrotter and self-taught, her professional experience has taken her to kitchens around the world for 25 years.
Today he runs 2 restaurants, serving cuisines from elsewhere and from here for 16 years, where the sauces have proven their worth.
His culinary knowledge adds depth to our sauces.

Ottato Elie

Born in the Var region, the only one of the co-founders, he developed a desire to be in a kitchen from a very young age. He wanted to discover new flavors and, above all, to eat them.
During these 5 years of training, he discovered the cuisine of other cultures, gastronomic and family-style restaurants.
With a touch of audacity, he set off to discover new flavors in Thailand. There, he opened a restaurant and ran it for two years. Despite its success, his love for his home region brought him back to us.
With all his knowledge and his love of food, his experience enriches our sauces.

MANNATHUKANDI Sanoop

of Indian nationality, has lived in France since 2023, born in the state of KERALA where he completed the High Class Culinary Training IHM in Chennai (Tamil Nadu).
Then love transported her to Europe where he landed in Gstaad, Switzerland.
For six years he held the role of Head Coordinator for three restaurants he helped establish with his boss, including the renowned Mango restaurant. After a visit to the south of France, he fell in love with the Provençal sunshine and decided, with his growing family, to move there.
A great lover of cooking, he excels at presenting us with his flavorful sauces.
